Branded Caller ID (Branded TFN)

Show your business name instead of an anonymous number. Set a Branded Name on each toll-free (TFN) or local number, and recipients see who's really calling — the single biggest driver of answer rates. Branding is controlled per number, so you decide exactly which lines carry your brand.

Carrier Registration

Unregistered numbers are the ones carriers flag. TrackDrive registers your numbers with the carriers and the analytics providers behind the spam-labeling ecosystem, so your traffic is recognized as a legitimate, vetted business rather than treated as unknown and risky.

Spam-Label Removal

"Spam Likely" and "Scam Likely" tags quietly kill your contact rates. TrackDrive works to remove existing spam tags from your numbers and keep them clear over time — protecting the numbers you've already invested in from being silently throttled.

Monitor Your Number Health

Always know where you stand. TrackDrive tracks the health of every number — your overall spam rate, which numbers are flagged, and how each major carrier (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon) is labeling your lines — plus regional spam insights so you can spot and fix problems early.

How It Works

1. Complete a one-time business compliance profile — the legal company details and calling-practices attestations carriers require to register and brand your numbers. It's stored securely and shown redacted afterward.
2. Open Spam Tag Mitigation under Call Routing and enable it on the numbers you call from.
3. Set a Branded Name for each number — the business name recipients see when you call.
4. TrackDrive registers your numbers with the carriers and works to keep spam labels off them.

Per-Number Control

Turn it on for exactly the numbers you want — individually or in bulk from the Mitigation Numbers page, or right from a number's own edit page. Your number list shows each number's status and Branded Name at a glance, so you always know which lines are registered and branded.

One-Time Business Compliance Profile

Carrier registration and branded caller ID require a verified business behind them. Before you enable mitigation, an authorized signer completes a short compliance profile — legal business details and your calling-practices attestations. Sensitive information is encrypted, masked in every view, and read-only once signed. Only the company owner or a billing administrator can complete it.

Simple, Two-Part Pricing

Pricing has two parts, both shown on your rate sheet:

• Monthly, per enabled number — covers carrier registration and ongoing spam-label removal for each number you protect.
• Per branded call — a small fee for each call placed from a number that has a Branded Name set.

Enable a number without setting a Branded Name and you pay only the monthly fee — there's no per-call charge until you turn on branding.
